At Bosco Forest Products, we offer a premium selection of exterior hardwoods built to withstand the demands of the outdoors.

Species like Cumaru, Ipe, and Iroko are prized for their exceptional density, natural resistance to moisture, insects, and decay, and their rich, lasting color. Ideal for decking, cladding, pergolas, and outdoor furniture, these woods deliver the durability and refined beauty that outdoor projects require—season after season.

Cumaru

Cumaru is an exceptionally dense, robust, and long-lasting wood, well suited to a broad range of construction and outdoor uses.

It frequently serves as an alternative to the far scarcer Lignum vitae, and its heartwood displays fluorescence when exposed to black light.

Iroko

Iroko is a robust, long-lasting wood recognized for its resistance to the elements and its performance in outdoor settings. Originating in West Africa, it shows a golden to golden-brown tone that tends to deepen with age.

Easy to work and marked by a coarse, even texture, Iroko is prized for its natural beauty and adaptability, making it a common choice for furniture making, boatbuilding, and flooring.

IPE

Ipe is a South American tropical hardwood celebrated for its remarkable durability and strength. Its coloring runs from olive brown to deep brown, with understated grain patterns that bring out its natural beauty.

Widely valued for its resistance to weather, insects, and decay, it's an excellent fit for outdoor uses like decking and garden furniture. With a fine, even texture and grain that's typically straight but occasionally interlocked, Ipe remains a favored choice for exterior construction and design.
