Douglas Fir Pine

Douglas Fir—sometimes called Douglas pine or Douglas spruce—is highly prized for its strength and durability. Originating in the western regions of North America, it displays colors ranging from pale yellow to reddish brown, with distinctive grain patterns that lend it a look all its own.

Recognized for its structural strength and its resistance to weathering and insects, Douglas Fir offers a fine, even texture and a straight grain that occasionally shows an interlocked pattern. It's a common choice for construction, carpentry, and premium furniture making.

The 2x4x8 stud is a fundamental building block in construction and carpentry, valued for its versatility and broad use across structural framing. Usually milled from pine or other softwoods, it comes in standard dimensions of 2 inches thick by 4 inches wide and 8 feet long. Easy to cut, handle, and fasten, it's a go-to material for framing walls, ceilings, and other structural components.

OSB Sheating

OSB Sheathing is a widely used building material prized for its strength and versatility. It's manufactured from oriented wood strands bonded together with resin to create structural panels. Valued for its resistance to warping and its capacity to carry heavy loads, OSB sheathing is a common choice for flooring, roofing, and wall construction, as well as carpentry and renovation work.

CDX Pine Plywood

CDX Pine Plywood is a structural panel widely used in construction and carpentry. It's built from thin layers of pine bonded with a waterproof adhesive.

The "CDX" grade means the panel faces may show imperfections like knots and visible cracks, yet it still delivers a solid, durable base for sheathing, roofing, and other structural applications across both interior and exterior projects.
